Pickler's childhood was a rocky one. When she was only two, she was abandoned by her mother in order to escape her abusive husband. The mother of Pickler returned to her life and took full custody. It was, however, not a good experience. Pickler returned to her grandparents at 12. They helped the girl into adulthood. Pickler was, in the absence of her parents and older siblings, became too busy to be a mother. The time she had was not enough and that she had to learn how to look after the family from a very young time. Pickler was a member of the cheerleading teams at both her high school as well as middle school. North Stanly High School, which she attended from 2004 when she graduated is her school of choice. Pickler has also attempted her hand at being a beauty queen. The title was Miss Stanly Country. Connelly is an American actor and won an Oscar for her role in the movie A Beautiful Mind. In her early years began modeling. It wasn't until 1984 when her first film role in Once Upon a Time in America was discovered. After working as a model for a number of years, she started focusing on acting and starring in a variety of movies including the horror film Phenomena and the music-based fantasy movie Labyrinth The romantic comedy Career Opportunities and the period superhero film The Rocketeer.
