Neighbours was the TV show that made her famous in Britain. An English record label chose to gamble on Kylie Minogue. She has been a global fashion icon, and her performances are highly acclaimed. Her name has been linked to Madonna by people and the media due to her charm and enthusiasm. Kylie has been termed the Princess of Pop as Madonna is known as the Queen of Pop. In her personal life, Kylie has been diagnosed with cancer of the breast. She fought bravely against cancer and survived. After her recovery she made it her mission to discuss her fight of cancer in order to encourage and inspire people suffering from cancer.
